Women of the world unite to get fit!
Here are the workouts for the week of August 24 - 30. All women are welcome to join. Drop-ins are encouraged.
- Tuesday, August 25, 6:30 AM SF Kezar Track 1 hour workout. Presently runners only.
- Wednesday, August 26, 6:30 PM Piedmont Track, East Bay. Track 1 hour workout Includes runners and walkers.
- Saturday, August 29, 8:00 AM SF Great Hiway, 60 minute tempo run through 11 miles. Runners and power walkers only.
- Saturday, August 29, 11:00 AM Sawyer Camp, San Mateo, 60 minute walk, run, or walk/run.
- Sunday, August 30, 8:00 AM Berkeley Marina, 60 minutes to 11 miles. Walk, run, or walk/run.

Certified trainer, coach and nutrition consultant Stephanie Atwood is founder of the women’s running/walking group in the San Francisco Bay Area called The WOW Team – Fit Women of the World. She can be reached at http://gowowteam.com. The group meets regularly in SF, East Bay, and So. Bay. Women of all abilities participate.
Movement and fitness are gifts. We encourage both. When women join The WOW Team, they are welcomed at whatever level of ability they bring. We are the fitness club for all women! We want all women to feel comfortable and know that they will find support and companionship with us. When we’re moving, we’re getting fit. It doesn’t matter how fast we’re doing it!
