How much of a base are you looking for with people interested? I definitely feel as though I am more on the beginner side, and have a bit of a knee problem to deal with. Also, what are your other membership options? I am a student and can afford the $6 once or twice a month, but I am hoping if this works that I could come more regularly. Thanks for your time! Thank you for your inquiry. The WOW Team is growing really fast and I am scrambling to keep up!
I would love to have you join us and, it sounds like you would fit in very well. We have former track people (myself included) in the group who usually run the track workouts pretty hard. We also have track newbies who are just learning about pacing, breathing, and track technique. I try to design the workouts to allow everyone to participate and succeed in getting challenged!
The weekend workouts have a format that includes a long run based on a specific goal (right now it's the CIM Marathon in December) along with a general run/walk based on 60 minutes of fitness movement. There's a bit more to it than this but that's it in a nutshell.
